JD: - Own short, medium and long term planning for the Linehaul network - Work closely with Operations, Control Tower, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile & First mile team to develop monthly demand and capacity plans - Drive consensus and agreement to finalize planning numbers with all stakeholders - Track cost and utilisation of national and zonal lanes and share insights for improvement - Own areas of improvement as part of Planning team and recommend changes Expectation: - Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college/ university with good academic track record - 3-6 years of experience in a Planning/ Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role - Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce planning work experience - Previous experience of handling a minimum of 3+ team members is mandatory - Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must, SQL preferable - Ability to leverage large datasets to support business decisions by deriving strong insights - Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter and willingness to learn more - Good stakeholder management skills - Location would be Bangalore
