JD
- Own and track key operational metrics across supply chain and assets
- Work closely with Operations (Warehouse & Linehaul), Planning, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile & First mile team to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis
- Lead the Operations and Sales planning exercise on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure smooth operations
- Undertake adhoc and peak planning in coordination with Sales and Operation teams
- Resolve Client escalation by conducting RCA in coordination with other teams with respect to Speed, RTO, Breach and other client metrics which is impacting performance
- Responsible for attribution of asset reliability metrics and provide visibility to leadership on them
- Coordinate with all teams across location to improve handshake processes
- Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts
Expectation
- Engineering degree from a Tier-1 college/ university with good academic track record
- 3-6 years of experience in a Control Tower/ Operations/ Supply chain role
- Preference for candidates with Logistics/ Ecommerce work experience
- Previous experience of handling a minimum of 3+ team members is mandatory
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities - Proficiency in Excel a must
- Ability to leverage large datasets to support business decisions by deriving strong insights
- Good communication skills for articulation of issues, solutions and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter and willingness to learn more
- Good stakeholder management skills
Location would be Bangalore
