As a Manager Cargo Connect you will: Job Description - Vendor meeting & engagement to get the client/vendor issues addressed - On-boarding cost efficient &amp; good performing new vendors on SFX platform - Managing the day to day operations and ensuring that vehicles shifts are being adhered to - Managing Profit and Loss at the city level - On boarding of Drivers, managing deployment of LCVs - Riders Management - Training and explaining the drivers about the product. - Analyzing the root cause, providing data and new ideas to improve the business. - Handle multiple requests and ensure to delivered within SLA &amp; meet the business emergencies. - Fleet management for local distribution - Logistics planning and control on premium freight. - Provide support to customs clearance in case of any ambiguities with necessary documents and resolving the same to pace up the in-ward. - Monitoring the P2P process (Purchase to payment.)
