Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Head HR with a team of 4 direct reports, your roles &amp; responsibilities will include: - Strategizing and Leading all Talent development interventions for the organization which will include Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring), capability development, employer branding, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, L&amp;D, Talent management, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs - Leading &amp; driving Talent management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building - Ensure robust Talent Acquisition framework (both campus &amp; lateral hiring) with proactive pipeline for positions across the organization - Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent - Drive strong visibility of the brand through enhanced employer branding and introduce Diversity &amp; Inclusion agenda firm wide Education and Experience: - 5-8 years of strong experience in Talent management, Learning and Development; Organizational development; Talent Acquisition, Diversity &amp; Inclusion - MBA from a Tier 1 B school(only TISS/SCMHRD/XLRI/IMT/MDI) is mandatory - You should have been in leadership positions and should be comfortable with leading teams - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with robust and seem less stakeholder management
