- Take care of all administration activities of all our premises across India. - Co-ordinate with different external departments and local law enforcing agencies like the - Police department etc., to ensure security of all our personnel and premises across India. - Ensure and build professional relationship with external stakeholders and relevant government departments. - Building a systematic approach to managing offices and real estate. - Managing an efficient procurement process in collaboration with other stakeholders and drive processes around it. - Ensure preparedness for any crisis/accident/incident through employee awareness, and - proper coordination with the stakeholders for smooth business continuity. You Are : - Excellent skills in managing external and internal stakeholder relationship - Hard working, self starter &amp; highly motivated individual - Minimum 10 yrs of work experience - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments highly sought - Ability to come up with new ideas, execute and iterate continuously and independently. - Keen eye for expenditure management and cost control.
