Director - Franchise Operations Job Profile : - Set up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship - Lead last mile deliveries of all Franchise locations - Lead a team of Zonal managers and Area managers for delivering desired performance & Cost objectives - Define and implement Franchise operational strategy - Manages franchise performance to ensure consistent customer experience - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates franchise needs on an ongoing basis - Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development, Operations & Tech) in order to meet franchise performance objectives and franchise`s expectations - Work in co-ordination with project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Franchisee Delivery Hubs. Skills &Experience Required for Success in This Role : - Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce) - Should have handled geographically dispersed teams - Excellent management, communication and reporting skills - Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations - Leadership and Team Management skills - Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience. - Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization
