KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Campaign Deployment through various apps (Postman, Valinor and Moe-engage majorly) - Content Management. Make relevant content for various channels in multiple languages(Preferable English ,Hindi, Kannada) - Ensure that the organisation's Brand identity is adhered to all communication channels - Continuously monitoring /tracking deployed campaign report - Keep an eye on current/upcoming trends for Content - Evaluate review and survey data for trends and anomalies - Provide daily, weekly and quarterly analysis to senior management You Are (Education and Experience) : - Strong communication skills, outstanding command over written English - Manage the procedure, implementation ,tracking and measurement of campaigns - Knowledge of other regional indian languages is a plus - Strong commitment to success and learning - Graduated in any field - Problem solving, resourceful, creative and imaginative bent of mind - Good Knowledge in Excel - 5 day working week
