Job Summary:
Employee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce sort center. This includes managing a team of supervisors and associates, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, and meeting the performance goals set by the company. The Employee will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment and working closely with other departments to ensure the overall success of the company.

Ability to work well in a team environment. Collaborate with internal and external resources in order to gain credibility with senior management.
