Role
Will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development in India and NRI markets. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency).
We are looking for someone who can drive growth, while being frugal Low cost/effort, high impact orientation. Someone who is an original thinker and who can objectively & critically analyze work. Must have the ability to challenge authority.
The metrics you will be driving are:
- Customer Acquisition
- Brand Metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity
- Search volumes
- Media Metrics SOV, SOE
The metrics you will be influencing are:
- Revenue
- Engagement
- Retention
What you should have...
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Marketing
- MBA from IIM/ISB/SP Jain
- Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies
- Prior experience in executing a 360-degree campaign
- Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products
- Understanding of digital marketing and the growth levers it can offer
- Strong consumer orientation Insight mining & research focus
- Data forward-thinking, but must have the ability to take qualitative calls based on a judgment
- Critical thinking & the ability to question the status quo
What would your day look like?
- Working on new ad campaigns with the creative agency
- Working with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans
- Evaluation of campaign performance at a market/segment level
- Market level analysis of key business metrics to inform your decision making
- Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth
- Weekly reviews & monthly planning discussions with the leadership team
