Overview :
- In the role of a Creative Strategist you will be making sure that you are 1 stop shop for all things creative.
- You'll be responsible for reviewing creatives, giving creative direction, working with the Performance and Brand teams, conducting analysis for competitor creatives and identifying new marketing opportunities.
Role : The candidate will be responsible for creative excellence and creative assets across advertising and owned channels.
What you will do in this role?
- Own and drive performance creative strategy leveraging digital media on the basis of business needs and consumer understanding.
- Optimize campaign performance through testing elements like design, copy, bidding, and targeting.
- Improve CTRs across Paid channels with better creatives
- Develop a playbook for creatives and guidelines are for the creative team to follow
- Develop a strong understanding of the products, competitors, industry and the marketing and advertising goals of the company.
- End to end and full accountability for advertising goals and metrics including CTR, ROI, LTV, CAC and others.
- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with brand, creative, product and technology to achieve marketing goals.
What you should have:
- 3-5 years of client servicing experience at a top Creative agency
- Experience in handling large size digital clients across industries
- Worked with multiple teams across like Performance, Brand and MarTech.
