SGF - Trade Marketing Manager

- Experience in operationally managing ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc), retail, distribution environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be willing to work in a fast paced / dynamic environment

- Positive and highly motivated and self driven; Capable of driving exponential growth in a very short time frame

- Should be data driven and should optimize for the right parameters and have strong execution capabilities

- Understanding of all traditional / below the line modes of marketing

- Strong in excel skills

Brand Visibility Management:

- Develop benchmark and monitor brand visibility at point-of-sale: product display, in-shop sign-ages and glow signs

- Identify cost effective OOH media for improving brand visibility

Event Management:

- Prepare on-ground event calendar for the Brand

- Evaluate and recommend productive exhibitions, road-shows, melas etc.

Modern Trade:

- Plan and execute volumes, value and profits for all SKUs in Modern Trade outlets in state

- Responsible for driving promotion activities in key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Candidate is expected to work from scratch and build a business unit as per his experience and the founder's understanding. Would be working closely with founders.

CTC offered: 8-16LPA

Candidates from FMCG, trade marketing, ecommerce, brand management background will be preferred.
