Description (Multi lines): Lead the PLS (Healthcare practice) proactively; should be an individual contributor. Should have prior experience of leading healthcare research and consulting team and must have experience in pre-sales support and project delivery. The candidate should be a subject matter expert and must have some visibility in the business community. Should have worked in disease areas such as Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, etc. Showed have covered markets such as North America, LATAM, Europe and major regions in APAC. Responsibilities: - Work with clients from several healthcare projects - new market entry, regulatory studies, pipeline studies, pre-marketing launch, BI/CI, product positioning/landscaping and more. - Build customized business models and convert/rebuild client proprietary templates for both buy-side and sell-side clients. - Interact with clients on a need basis, recommend solutions to them with a friendly attitude - Mentor the current PLS team and initiate training programs for individual team members. - Work with other teams (Work flow, VBA, and QC teams) to quickly resolve client issue. - Work with other teams (Work flow, VBA, and QC teams) to quickly resolve client issue. - Regularly communicate the project status to the Head of PLS. - Open to work on any shifts depending on the client/project requirement. Skills required: - Minimum of 13-14 years of relevant experience in the healthcare market research and consulting industry. - Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - MUST have strong analytical skills. - Excellent Computer skills - especially Microsoft Excel and VBA (not mandatory though). - Familiarity with healthcare concepts (including pharma terminologies, disease epidemiology and more). - Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to handle complex customer problems independently. - Ability to meet deadlines and expected levels of service quality. - Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering all of them within the time-frame by meeting desired service expectations.
