SGA sales team is hiring for Business Development experts to develop SGA as an international brand and a preferred partner of choice by clients. You will help in growing business with new clients and generate regenerative business through identifying targets within BFSI / ESG Sectors (BFSI - research OR ESG Research) Specifics : (BFSI Research) : Hard core investment research sales experience e.g. Sell side research, Hedge Funds, ESG Research etc. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - The individual's main responsibilities will be to be to identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company - To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively initiating and handling communications - Deliver sales results through exceptional client engagement, fast turnaround times and in-depth knowledge of services - Identify the needs and motivators of clients and offer relevant competitive service accordingly - Set sales goals and keep check on a daily basis while working to achieve and exceed these goals - Build and maintain a high repeat and referral customer base Skills Required: - Should have academic background and knowledge of sales and BD. - Sectorial knowledge in Analytics sales in any of these industry sectors - BFSI, Technology - Previous sales experience in Analytics, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates - Build subject matter knowledge and make confident recommendations to clients - Demonstrate ability to build strong relationships - Driven and motivated by sales targets to achieve sales incentives - Highly Customer / Client focused - Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) - Strong influencing and negotiating skills - Regular communications and alignment with management and delivery team - Team Management, Well Organized, Accountability, Positive MindSet, Flexible, Keen to learn new services. Must Haves : - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business or Management - Mandatory prior experience in Financial Research OR ESG research sales - Mandatory experience in acquiring clients from US or Europe.
