Role and Responsibilities : - Write/review fundamental equity research reports and update previously published reports for stocks under coverage - Ensure quality of the deliverables for self as well as the assigned team members - Regularly communicate with the project manager on project updates and be up-to-date with project happenings - Maintain a task list of ongoing/pending tasks on a regular basis, and finalize task priorities with the project manager - Ensure that the tasks assigned are completed within the deadline, and provide error-free output through a thorough self-check process - Attend trainings proactively, whenever required - Display flexibility to learn new techniques and functionalities, and gain exposure to various types of assignments Skills required : - Strong English language writing skills that also underline the ability to link data and news to potential implications - High level of self-discipline that ensures own deliverables are ahead of target in order to support and resolve queries from team members - Innate tendency towards pro-active communication with all stakeholders - Teamwork and ability to work in a high-pressure, time-bound deliverable environment is a must-have
