Role : Lead Analyst Experience : 4+ years Location : EON IT Park- Pune Responsibilities : - Looking of credit analyst who has experience in High yield and Investment Grade credits across various sectors - Independently perform detailed credit analysis at both the issuer and sectoral level to give recommendation on the credit instruments (preferably bonds) - Screening investment opportunities in cash bonds and credit derivatives to generate trade ideas - Preparing credit note, financial modelling, earnings note, and macro dynamics - Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality research in a timely manner - Should be flexible to work on multiple projects - Managing projects and communicating effectively with clients to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing engagements and resolution of client/ project related issues - Able to manage a team of 4-5 analysts - Guide, mentor and train analysts and junior analysts - Prepare work examples which can be used as sales collateral - Execute pilots and convert the pilots to long-term client relationships - Database knowledge - Bloomberg Academic Qualification : - MBA/any Master degree or bachelor degree with CFA L3 cleared - FRM, CFA, any diploma or course in credit research will be added advantage Required Candidate profile : Competencies : - Research : The collection of knowledge to create an in-depth view of the industry and relevant markets. - Data : The experience of dealing with complex data points in a way to be capable to translate them into relevant recommendations. - Editing : The refinement of the writing process to ensure quality control and consistency throughout the business - Content Creation : The synthesis of the research via the interpretation of data and contextualization of knowledge - Client Support : The fulfilment of both knowledge and information requirements of both internal and external customers/clients in a timely manner. - Strategic Planning and Development : The creation of a forward looking research programme and to maintain market positioning using available resources Experience and skills : - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work under tight deadlines on various projects simultaneously - Superior English writing and presentation skills, including a personable manner and the confidence to speak in front of large and senior-executive-level audiences - Highly numerate, with the ability to identify and present concept, trends and complex data in a compelling visual way.
