SG Analytics is looking for an experienced and exceptional ESG expert to come onboard and drive its ESG Products and Intelligence platform. About the role: As the AVP of ESG products, the candidate will drive the inception, prototyping and build-out of new products, databases and dashboards and create an intelligence platform that provides analytics and insights for informed decision making. The candidate will be expected to work with different stakeholders to concieve the product ideas and create and validate the prototypes. In the role, the candidate will be expected to apply their deep understanding of the business dimensions of ESG and utilize their in-depth knowledge of various frameworks for leading and mentoring the ESG products team. External Skills And Expertise Candidate profile: - Experience of 10+ years in management of sustainability and ESG related aspects. - Experience in ESG services such as Materiality Assessment, Peer Benchmarking, Gap Analysis, ESG Strategy Formulation, and should be comfortable with ESG standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNPRI and UN SDGs. - Ability to demystify various ESG standards and productize ESG requirements for corporates. - Being inspirational, meticulous, and sincere, and leading and motivating the team of researchers and analysts involved in prototyping and product development.
