The candidate should have the following skills : - Sound knowledge of business valuation and corporate finance concepts. Should be able to conduct research on industry and analyze financial statements - Develop valuation models of varying complexities for international entities of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries - Knowledge on business valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions - Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc - Experience with detailed 3 statement forecasting and multiple scenario analysis - M&amp;A merger modeling to project specific mergers or acquisitions effects including accretion/dilution analysis - Writing overall valuation report including valuation analysis, company overview, industry overview and economic overview - Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, FactSet, and Mergermarket - Valuation experience with venture capital backed growth stage companies and mid - market companies for US GAAP and tax regulations will be an advantage - Experience of working on valuation assignments for tax &amp; financial reporting in reputed professional services &amp; firm will be preferable - Relevant experience in financial advisory services primarily in the areas of business valuation, intangible asset valuation, cheap stock options valuation for VC backed companies/ ESOP valuation will be advantage - Experience in preparing Pitch books, Data books, etc. is preferred
