Essential Skills:

1. Min 11-16 years of experience in IT industry with 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce.com

2. Good understandings of Apex, visual force & Trigger.

3. Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

4. Expertise of working in Sales supports function, primarily focusing on pre-sales with technology background. It would be a plus, having led a team of such experts.

5. Deep expertise in building effort, cost, price estimations. And sound understanding of financials.

6. Ability to work independently on deals, leads complex deals, and manages end-to-end sales process.

7. Articulate, extremely good communication and client facing skills.

8. Ability to spot and pursue opportunities, work with multiple teams, present business case and take them to closure.

9. Have broad understanding various functional aspects on CRM, ability to understand client requirements quickly across industries.

10. Experience of working with teams / clients across geos.

11. Ready to travel at short notice.

12. Build relationships stakeholders across verticals and clients, proven ability to cross & up-sell.
