Leadership : - Work towards building training solutions and providing presales support by enabling proposal development thinking - Stay updated with upcoming new L&D technology and platforms in the market, and find ways to implement in our proposals and development process - Engage, motivate and develop team of 20 resources with various projects and interventions - Maintain our unique culture and guard against dilution Management : - Financial management & reporting - Drive team utilization and productivity in terms of revenue per resource, thereby maintaining healthy margins - Manage vendor relationships and quality of outsourced work Execution & delivery - Own projects and be single point of contact for all Solutions development projects - Lead Brainstorming Sessions for solution development. - Work with your team of Associate Consultants / Consultants to design and develop various solutions offered by MSX. - Quality management and operating a solutions workflow to ensure a high quality and timely delivery of projects - Knowledge management. Who are we looking for? - A management graduate with 10 years of post-MBA experience in sales with experience in handling a creative operation of any kind (training/curriculum content design, eLearning production, print communication, web communication & development, web and mobile apps development etc.) - An entrepreneurial individual driven by a desire to make a difference to / make an impact on your industry and organization. - A leader with the ability to influence and motivate a team of high-potential, young professionals. - A disciplined, process-oriented professional, with a desire to lead a team through an exciting growth journey. - Has a high degree of tolerance for ambiguity. - Demonstrated excellent consulting aptitude, emotional maturity and experience in client-facing environments. - Top draw design skills - should be able to operate design as a process to drive innovation. - Excellent presentation skills - maturity to present and engage with CXO levels of clients. - Very high-level proficiency in written English required to manage standards of content output. - Exposure to content development and design is a must. Willingness and proficiency in creating modules / programs from scratch. - Understanding of auto retail ecosystem and processes / exposure to large scale training environment will be a plus. What is the compensation for the role? Up to 35 lacs per annum, the role will carry a variable pay component as part of the overall CTC
