About the Position

- Worldmark Group through one of its subsidiaries already caters many automotive clients in India. Worldmark is in the process of launching a separate business vertical that will focus on digital marketing, CRM, data analytics & social media marketing solutions targeted at automotive OEMs and their dealers.

As Vice President of these solutions the incumbent will lead the launch of this business in India. This role will be expected to

- Set a vision for the business and evolve a business plan.

- Work with the Australian counterparts for knowledge and technology transfer to India.

- Work with Indian counterparts to identify the opportunities among existing customers in India and develop the same.

- Roll out the business in India and build delivery capabilities.

This role is based out of Navi Mumbai and compensation would be between 10 -15 Lacs per annum.

The Person

- Management Graduate with high level of subject matter expertise in one of the following areas:

- CRM & Loyalty Programs

- Data analytics

- Digital marketing

- Social media marketing

- Flair for automotive business. Good understanding of market structure in this business.

- Entrepreneurial skills and ability to work in a start-up environment.

- Self-starter and resourceful.

- Demonstrated strong consulting aptitude.

- Demonstrated leadership capability.
