Currently we are looking to fill the positions of

SENIOR MANAGER - KEY ACCOUNTS

LOCATION: GURGAON AND MUMBAI

Role & Responsibilities :

The responsibilities would include:

Client engagement

- You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the OEM account and current projects running.

- You will responsible for interacting with the client and keeping them updated on current status, progress and recommended next steps.

Business Development

- You will be responsible for proactively identifying business opportunities within the account that allow Sewells-MSXI to add value to the client's network operation.

- You will be responsible for responding to inbound business opportunities by way of RFPs and RFQs.

Revenue Assurance

- You will hold profit & loss responsibility for your account.

- You will be responsible for ensuring 100% conversion of confirmed orders into projects, and translation of projects into revenue in a timely manner.

General Management

- You will operate your account as a strategic business unit within the organization, with a high degree of freedom and independence in return for exceptional performance.

If you have:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Aftersales division & working with any automotive OEM at managerial Level

- Ability to analyze data, generate insights and translate them into engaging management presentations

- Demonstrated strong consulting aptitude in your career.

- Demonstrated leadership capability and skills in your career.

- Ability to handle complex projects and working in diverse teams.

Other requirements :

- Graduate + MBA (preferably from tier 1 B School) with good academic credentials

- Top drawer of written and spoken communication skills + excellent presentation skills required.

- An ability to deliver in unstructured environment

- Self-starter and enterprising nature

- Proficiency in all MS Office tools

Compensation :

- Offered CTC will be in the range of 14-17 lacs per annum. Flexible for exceptional candidates.
