The Role
Marketing function in our business is broadly based three Cs. “Content” that we generate and disseminate; “collaboration” that we develop with members of our eco-system; and “communication” that we engage in, with a focused target audience through variety of media.
As Group Marketing Manager, you will look after marketing activities at the Group Level impacting multiple countries within Asia Pacific, Africa & Middle East regions.
As part of this role, you will be expected to:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan for the company, its products and solutions.
- Coordinate with various country operations in India, China, South Africa, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand etc. to execute the marketing plan in their respective markets.
- Explore and develop partnerships with key industry stake holders in all these markets.
- Create, publish and manage content at multiple levels to disseminate information about Sewells Group solutions.
- Manage various channels of communications such as website, social media etc.
- Work with internal teams to develop, conduct and publish studies and researches that will help Sewells Group maintain its thought leadership in the space.
The role is based in our Navi Mumbai offices.
The Person:
- MBA from a premier institute with atleast 1 year experience in core marketing function.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with good understanding of consulting and outsourcing business models.
- Excellent command over English language. A very high level proficiency in written English is an absolute must.
- Flair for marketing of knowledge services.
- Skills and experience in content and publishing arena would an additional advantage.
- Exposure to digital and social media.
- Ability to communicate with and build relationships with senior Industry leaders and stake holders.
Indicative Salary : INR 10 Lacs to 12 Lacs Per Annum
