Job Specifications :

Specific :

- Skill concentration is Debt Fund Raise, Debt Management (Lender Data Reporting, Proposal Preparations, MIS Handling, DPD Computations and Understanding, ECB Reporting, For-ex exposure shall be preferred too)

- Strong understanding of the Balance Sheet and Financial Ratios.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Analytical review of Financial Operations and preparing review decks.

- Assisting team in Term Loan, OD, and securitisation BRS

- Management day to day Accounting, Bookkeeping, and month end accounting for treasury function

- Preparation of periodic reconciliation statements for various banks and maintain daily expense trackers

- Liaisoning and maintaining branch accounts and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of accounting.

- Participation in fund Raising through ECB, NCD, CP, Securitization and other methods and managing all relating accounting.

- Assisting audit process and preparing MIS for senior management, regulators and other ad-hoc requirements.
