Are you up for the challenge to work with, the global leader in blockchain technology, and become a key member of the growing team? SettleMint a leading Blockchain-Platform-as-a-Service company is looking to scale up its India operation and currently seeking to hire a dedicated director of Sales who will be responsible for driving new business. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the proven ability to grow and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Identify, pitch, negotiate and close new clients.

- Manage enterprise software sales cycles.

- Set commercial strategy to meet planned goals.

- Support channel partners onboarding, target account planning and regular follow up

- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Coordinate proposals and solution design with solutions architects.

- Lead and grow a top-notch team.

Requirements :

- Motivated, self-starter, tenacious team player with a desire to excel.

- Degree in business or related field from a reputed institution.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS products is a must.

- Dedication to providing great customer service.

- Experience managing and directing a sales team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
