Servx - Digital Marketing Lead

- Develop and manage strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Personalization, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement and Brand Media.

- Assist in defining goals and KPI's for digital marketing programs and services along with reporting and analysis of those metrics

- Be the champion for data driven decisions and insights

- Monitor and manage the financial health of digital marketing programs and campaign activities

- Work closely with design, content, strategy, policy, frontend, and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Overseeing the social media strategy.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Leading a team of marketing, setting goals and tracking the marketing metri
