- Responsible for the Service Life Cycle for the Company

- Service Build

- Conceptualize service from ideation to launch stage

- Define the Service offering including target segments and features etc. in association with Practices.

- Market research in line to create the business plan

- Identify and create the partner eco-system

- Launch Planning

- Service Roll Out

- Go to Marketing planning and execution

- Campaign Planning

- Events

- Thought leadership creation

- Collaterals etc.

- Service Run

- Co- ownership of P&L with the sales teams.

- Co-ownership of QoS with Delivery Organisation

- Service Enhancements & Refresh

Key Skills-

- Product/Services Management

- B2B Business Development, Partnership Management

- Sales and US/UK Enterprise client Interaction

Profile-

- 8-10 Years’ experience in a technology company in a similar role

- Infrastructure Management experience is a big plus

- MBA from a good institute

- Ability to multi-task, work in a matrix kind of environment
