Key Responsibilities :
- Should be able to manage and drive the technical implementation to a successful conclusion requiring strong project management skills coupled with a ServiceNow background
- Contribute to the development of your own & team's technical acumen including staying on top of new ServiceNow releases & features
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Deep understanding of JavaScript and Web Services. Working knowledge of Angular JS is desirable
- Should be comfortable with Solution architecture, Process design & Development across different ServiceNow modules including but not limited to ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, HR, GRC, SecOps
- Implementation experience with SAM, Discovery and/or GRC is desirable
- Perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
- Should ensure that the technical aspects of project deployments are met by providing the necessary documentation/deliverables and technical guidance, code reviews etc
- Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform
- Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment
The following certifications are a must :
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist -ITSM
- ITIL (v3/v4)
- Contribute to practice development by creating reusable components and sharing key project-learning within the practice
- Execute proof-of-concepts
- Should be familiar with responding to RFP/RFI
- Should actively support mentoring relationships within the practice
- Should be able to thrive in a multi-tasking environment with strong ability to adjust priorities on-the-fly.
Key Activities :
- Managing the various ServiceNow engagements/projects/stakeholders and the team
- Requirement gathering for new features and enhancements.
- Maintain open & effective communication channels between the offshore & onshore team
- Implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow modules.
- Integrating ServiceNow with other tools
- Mentoring & coaching the team
- Design and execute POCs
- Contribute to practice development/re-invest activities
- Assist customers and internal teams in defining and responding to RFPs / RFIs
- Conduct peer reviews
