Service Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and objectives. Design innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet client needs while leveraging our company's capabilities and offerings.

Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solution architecture, technology trends, and best practices. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and offer tailored solutions.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and statements of work (SOWs). Contribute technical insights and solution recommendations to support business development efforts and win new opportunities.

Solution Documentation: Create detailed solution architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments. Identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and drive continuous improvement in solution delivery processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role within the software development industry.

- Strong expertise in solution design, architecture, and integration across various technology stacks (e.g., cloud, mobile, web, IoT)

- Proficiency in architecting solutions using leading platforms and frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and agile principles.

- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
