Job Role:
- Managing the Tele-calling team for the Commercial Bank (TFE/CV/CE/GLN/Agri/RBG)
- Manage the campaigns of Up-selling & cross-selling products and tele calling collection
- Drive various contests within the team to generate the leads also manage communications to customers
- Identifying the opportunity to improve the business & collection efficiency
- Establishing a strong co-ordination with the Stakeholder of business
- Manage Vendors
- Circulation of Dashboard
Eligibility:
- Intermediate level to advance level in MS (Excel, Power point)
- Strong Communication & negotiation Skill
- Experience in handling team size of atleast 20 members
- Handling compliance and Internal Audit requirements
- Basic data management or Analytical skill
