Job Profile/Key Responsibilities :

Technology :

- Delivers solution architecture through the integration of organizations standard tools, specifically Service Now, and client/3rd party applications.

- Has a deep understanding of Service Management tools including, but not limited to Service Now, and integration capabilities and the processes which they support.

- Creates and maintains account specific Service Management Logical Model, Process Orchestration Specifications, Data Mapping Workbooks and ICDs for the Service Management application, data and technology areas.

Typical profile :

- Accountable for Service Management architecture within transformation and account maintenance programs

People : Enables cross-functional teams within change program to work in parallel by providing guidance and direction in support of the Service Management solution architecture. Works with Service & Process Managers as well as development teams.

Customer : Works with the client to ensure that there are no gaps or inconsistencies in the Service Management solution architectural design.

Business : Works with Service and Process managers to identify business requirements and ensures delivered information solutions meet both short term and long term delivery expectations.

Financial : Facilitates reduced risks to the client by delivering Service Management solution architectural designs that meet the client's requirements within price, scope and time constraints.

- The TA is responsible to perform the following activities for the projects he has been assigned:

- Defines and is accountable for Account Service Management Solution Architecture.

- Defines the Service Management Logical Model for Service Management implementation into an account for all domains of change.

- Uses existing std Service Management solutions and collateral in delivery of account specific documentation.

- Ensures Service Management components and services being deployed to the account are aligned with the Standard Service Management architecture and raises exceptions for any discrepancies.

- Defines the specific components of the Service Management solution and the resulting relationships, both internal and external to the Service Management Solution required to meet the contractual and service requirements for an account.

- Analyzes organizational needs that require system support; gathers, compiles and interprets information as well as assessing regulatory and risk issues.

- Identifies methodologies for testing functions, summarizing data to develop a recommended course of action, and analyzing and modifying existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.

- Interfaces with business units including middle management and/or internal resources to ensure quality and timeliness through the testing of project/release work.

- Gathers and documents requirements and participates in the design, development and improvement to infrastructure.

- Reviews system functionality and operational problems and determine required enhancements needed to improve system functionality and meet business needs.

- Acts as internal consultant providing guidance on more complex projects and planning the work of others in order to meet project deadlines.

- Performs systems analyses of business and/or computing environment problems of diverse/difficult scope and complexity that includes requirements definition, interfacing with users, and providing cost and benefit analyses.

- Prepares complex trade-off studies and benchmark analyses
