Service Manager - Working Capital - Banking

- Responsible for WC customer portfolio and its health for Business Banking (MSME) segment of customers

Responsibility in respect of portfolio will be:

- Optimum utilisation against approved DP by the customer

- Working on Early Warning Signal triggers, taking necessary action with the customer and responding to internal stake-holders - Product, Portfolio and Risk team

 - Timely renewals of Limits, including enhancements, if any.

- Scoping the Portfolio for cross-sell by RMs and improve Portfolio Product Holding by way of deepening and cross-sell

- Ensuring adherence to the credit policy, internal policy, RBI guidelines, and other guidelines.

- Regular client visits for the credit monitoring and filing visit reports from time-to-time

- Suggest policy and process changes to improve customer experience from time to time.

- Banking experience is must
