Scope of Work :
1. Responsible for hiring, training & managing Service Engineers (technical)
2. Review and maintain Service MIS to highlight on real time problems faced by Drivers to help in better tech and product functionality
3. Responsible for team performance and ensuring it is adhering to all electrical codes and standards
4. Maintaining the stock availability at all time and providing on the go requirement from ground to the Supply team
5. Ensuring the team is equipped with the latest technology and tools to perform
6. Ensuring adherence to TAT & escalating critical issues for on time service resolution
Reporting : Head of Customer Success

3. Head of Service Design & Strategy and more depending on the person's zeal to learn and grow
