We have an urgent role with a leading Group based at Delhi

Role : Manager Service (Medical Refrigeration Devices &Equipment)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- This position is responsible for carrying out installations and maintenance activities of high-end Medical Refrigeration equipment (Pharmacy Refrigerator, Ice Lined Refrigerator, Deep Freezers Vertical & Horizontal, Ultra Low Temperature Freezers, Active Cold Box) independently.

- Expertise in Medical Refrigeration / Cold Storage Industry is highly desirable. Should have experience in team handling (5-6 team members).

Total Experience : 12-15 Years from same or similar Industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Accountability:

- Responsible for installation and commissioning of products in a timely manner.

- To generate service revenues from allocated customers thru AMC / CMC, repairs and service and spare part sales to achieving financial targets

- Provide customer service on a 24 X 7 basis whenever required.

- To provide application support and technical expertise to demonstrate the functions of product as per customer needs

- To have good ability to trouble shoot, analyse and diagnose problems in products

- Ability to repair the products in a time bound manner.

- Ability to understand customer needs and respond to them

- Preparation, submission and tracking of maintenance contracts.

- Assist sales activities through product demonstrations/clarifications

2. Planning:

- Planning of timely completion of installation activities and help project team in ensuring site-readiness.

- Timely planning for procurement of spare parts and tools.

- Ensuring adequate spare inventory for reduced TAT in case of technical issues.

- Identification of vendors for regular procurement of spares, tools and services.

- Timely submission of spare parts quotation and coordinate with customer and commercial team for dispatch

- Management and Timely submission of service and MIS reports

- Timely collection of dues

3. Skill Development:

- Improve the knowledge base and skills by attending technical and behavioural training.

- Ability to read technical document

- Products - Demonstration, Technical details

- Modification / Product Enhancement in Medical Refrigeration Products.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Ensure adequate proper records of customer installation database

- Support regions with demos, trainings and selling tools

- Focus on getting AMCs from customers.

- Generate revenue by spare parts and accessory sale

- Maintain sufficient inventory for quick billing.

- Ensure timely book to bill conversion

- Ensure timely warranty to AMC conversion

- Collect 100% advance in CMC billing.

- Collect 100% advance in spare sales

- Ensure Monthly Service Activity Reports on-time
