Job description  Overview:  This position will use statistical techniques to create Employee engagement models.  Candidate will lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment. In addition to strong data skills, this position should have strong business process analysis and interpersonal skills. The ability to extract and analyze data, patterns and related trends is needed.  Responsibility Areas:  - Perform data analysis on employee engagement data sets.  - Oversee all aspects of methodology around employee engagement database and reports produced from herein  - Work closely with offshore stakeholder to define and establish data management business requirements/models  - Lead the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key employee behaviors that drive retention and engagement  - Plan and implement the overall analytical projects designed to understand key employee behavior that drive engagement  - Discover new opportunities to optimize the in-house business through analytics and statistical modeling  - Manage people, careers and Employee engagement  - Work with regional stake holders to identify information needs and develop reporting to meet those needs  - Help build and deliver short & long term team plans  - Responsible for efficient resource allocation, capacity and budget utilization to ensure profitable delivery  - Work closely with Unit Manager to track critical financial and operational metrics with a view to meet unit objectives and drive operational excellence.  Desired Skills and Experience  - Formal Education/Certification - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent with 7+ years of work experience required/ Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience.  Knowledge and Experience -   - 8 years and above of overall experience with minimum 2 yrs of people management experience.  - Working familiarity with tools like SPSS.  - Proficient in Excel, Macro is preferable.  - Strong statistics background. Proficient in statistical analysis - Data Modeling  - Proficient with Data Analysis – Both quantitative and qualitative  - Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation of data.  - Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and evangelize the merits of our products and business  - Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills  - Proven multi stakeholder management experience  - Strong Project Management experience  - Comfort in working in a changing and high growth environment  - Management of Portfolio specific business needs.  - Acumen to increase business depth and quality.  - Client management/ relationship management  - Ability to understand end consulting solution
