Service Lead

- Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Product Evolution Process

- This position will work across globe with a wide and diverse set of people and resources to - Manage project schedules and deliverables for implementation of service offer & spare.

- Manage, monitor the progress, quality, adherence to schedule of projects awarded through PEP process.

Primary Functions :

- Define project schedule, resource requirement, scope, deliverables, evaluate business priorities, identify and mitigate risk.

- Conduct regular meeting with stake holders to discuss and monitor project progress and take decisions to drive them to reach closure.

- Participate in improving partnership between Line of Business, Engineering and Supply-Chain / Manufacturing organization

- Manage spare part creation in the system, work with Industrialization team to qualification and release process of spare parts.
