Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Manpower Management:
- To lead, motivate, empower team and regular performance feedback from the team.
- Facilitate a conducive work environment that ensures high employee engagement levels.
2) Breakdown/Preventive maintenance (CNG):
- Ensure availability of spares for Preventive maintenance by regular follow-up with Planning team
- Ensure Execution of CNG dispenser equipment maintenance as per schedule
- Ensure minimum breakdown after effective preventive maintenance.
3) Resolution of customer complaints:
- Improve efficiency of emergency response team
- Ensure the team makes the availability of all requisite tools, services, and tackles on time.
4) Liaise with internal stakeholder:
- Planning- Provide inputs for annual budget and Certify measurements for the contracts/bills.
- Conducting inter - departmental meetings to resolve service-related issues.
- CRM- Provide necessary information to resolve customer complaints.
5) Liaise with external stakeholders:
- Communicate with customers regularly and attend meetings for relationship building.
- Ensure the team arranges timely receipt of permit of work from statutory authorities & maintain necessary licenses of assets to be compliant.
6) Safety Procedures:
- Ensure timely closure of safety actions pertaining to incident investigation & safety audits.
- Ensure that safety procedures are being followed at site.
7) Review:
- Review of different processes from safety and technical point of view
- Identify gaps in present system and set guidelines.
8) Quality Improvement:
- Prepare a plan according to gaps identified in operation and maintenance procedures.
- Implement plan for ensuring correct rectification of gaps.
- Monitor progress on closure of gaps and analyse the performance of equipment.
- Ensure complete documentation on improvement process.
9) Contract Management & Labour Compliance:
- Managing of contract related matters & ensuring labour compliance for smooth functioning of operation & maintenance as per compliance.
10) Inventory Management:
- Ensure minimum inventory level & material reconciliation of inventory physical stock with ERP records.
- Return of surplus / non-moving items to store thus maintaining optimum inventory.
11) Documentation:
- Maintain all documents and asset monitoring reports.
- Maintain ISO documents and statutory documents as per policy.
