- Operations, Loan Operations, Disbursement, Quality Check

- Support Business operations team for offer acceptance and collection of due documents.

- Manage agency for document & repayment collections.

- Outbound contact center for Document Collection (digitally)& Fulfilment (eSign, enach)

- Monitoring TAT and quality through checks and balances.

- Drive regulations around the digital business within Operations vertical from regulatory perspective.

- Drive the needed IT and Non-IT developments around the Digital Business.

- Monitoring adherence to regulatory framework. Internal & External audit management. Present monthly deck risk on key performance and risk indicators to management.
