Please Note a CA or ICWA or CPA qualification is essential along with a Master Black Belt.

Role & Key Result Areas :

- This is a F&A Service Excellence role.

- Manage relationship with F& A Service line leaders and their extended leadership team

- Lead a global team based in key locations

- Co-develop strategies with stakeholders: execute Service excellence initiative that are aligned with the F&A Service line

- Drive standardization across the F&A Service line while executing the service excellence framework

- Lead the global SE team with a focus on speed of execution and Exceptional client service (ECS)

- Build domain knowledge & experience, which can be leveraged to drive transformation initiative

- Drive efficiency & effectiveness in F&A Service line through continuous improvement initiatives to achieve superior business results

- Provide thought leadership and promote best industry practices by leveraging quality council

- Manage project pipeline and resource planning

- Manage project toll gate reviews and ensure all projects are delivered within agreed budget and timeline

Person Profile :

- Strong client stakeholder relationship building, strong executive communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills

- Showcase high energy, professionalism and business acumen

- Comfortable with interacting with senior executives within the firm and attune to their relevant business language

- Comfortable working across cultures with a - Global Mindset- and influence senior stakeholders from multiple disciplines and geographies;

- Proven experience of working with a global BPO or captive shared service organization

- Global mindset for people leadership with a multicultural team reporting into this role

Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to influence without authority

Willingness to work, collaborate and share best practises
