Key Responsibilities
- Provide the HR leadership team with knowledge and expertise to facilitate creation of a business aligned HR strategy, through deep data analysis and research across all the employee life cycles.
- Monitoring key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions.
- Consult with other functions to assess the current capabilities and culture of the organization and identify gaps that must be addressed to successfully implement the HR strategy.
- Provide inputs & insights regarding the best ways to measure the effectiveness of HR strategic initiatives and processes.
- Translating the talent strategy into the various geography and entity priorities, shaping local solutions, priorities, communications and events.
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of the overall HR strategy and report progress to HR leadership, acting as a centralized group for coordinating all HR programs and projects.
- Ensure integrated global HR change management and communications approaches are being developed and implemented.
- Define, develop, implement and manage HR scorecards, ensuring that the HR strategy is appropriately embedded in the context of our business and human capital strategy.
- Ensure consistent application of programs across the various business units and promote standardization by creating practical and effective programs in partnership with other HR teams.
- Maintain expert knowledge of their specialty area by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons.
- Design and deliver global initiatives for the employee value proposition in the context of overall business and HR strategy.
- Develop the India GU Inclusion and Diversity Strategy and manage the resulting set of Programs.
- Collaborate with Global Inclusion and Diversity Center of Excellence, DTE Business and HR Teams, DTE and India GU I&D Sponsors, India HR and Business Leadership - on I&D Target-setting, implementation of I&D Programs, as well as on best practices knowledge sharing.
