- Manage multiple transition projects independently

- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition

- Follow the Company Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines

- Put together detailed Transition Plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines

- Seamless delivery on outlined transition goals and timelines

- Project Reporting to internal and external stakeholders

- Participate in remote and onsite Due Diligence exercises to understand client processes and requirements

- Committed to strategic initiatives and improving transition effectiveness

- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders as a team to deliver objectives

- Experience in Insurance or Workers Compensation preferred

- Valid US B1 visa for next 12 months
