Service Delivery Manager - Training - Investment Banking Operations

Skills sets / Requirement:

- Experience in training delivery from financial & capital market domain.

- Should have good communication skills

- Should have CRM experience.

- Would be responsible for training delivery as well as CRM.

- Training accreditation would be a plus.

- Role would include delivery for ops + behavioral training.

- Should have product knowledge, market and domain wise knowledge.

Shift is general (10am-7pm: extending basis training calendar is expected)
