Service Delivery Manager - Solution Designing

Looking for people with 4 – 8 years of experience

Responsible for:

- Handing response to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs & performing presales tasks for Enterprise Vertical.

- Responsible for designing, implementation and updating of processes related to presales, visits and transition activities.

- Defining required transition deliverable related documents.

- Responsible for Daily deliverables, Metrics Reporting and to provide resolution on escalations.

Desired Profile:

- Looking for MBA graduates.

- Looking for candidates with minimum 4 years of experience in Solution designing, presales.
