Service Delivery Manager| RPO role for international savings and investments business | Mumbai

We are hiring for Manager - Service Delivery - Recruitment function for one of our international savings and investments business RPO Client.

In this role, the incumbent will be working from the Client office in Mumbai.

Please Note: This is an RPO Model, wherein you would be a permanent employee with Flexability, and you would be deployed to the client location (onsite) (Not a contract role)

Key Deliverables

- Managing the Talent acquisition function and service delivery on open roles

- Managing team - ensuring performance management though TAT, Improving efficiency , capability building, internal coordination

- Stakeholder Management at all levels

- Ensuring SLAs are met and the key matrices are tracked.

- Fostering best practices

- Ensuring timely release of dashboards, MIS.

- Process adherence

- Ensuring smooth workflow on ATS

Prerequisites :

- Experience of spearheading Talent acquisition function

- Team management experience

- Industry :Preferably from IT or Financial Services

Experience : 9 years+
