- Manage P&L of the account
- Manage multi-site delivery
- Manage ramps
- Identify business growth opportunities
- Drive and own Continuous Improvement
- Deliver contractual business targets
- Lead weekly performance reviews with client
Skill sets:
- Qualified MBA from reputed institute. (Preferred Not Mandatory )
- Excellent project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Analytically-minded, logical thinker with strong problem solving skills and ability to make trade-offs.
- Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and see the big picture while effectively managing details.
- Excellent spreadsheet modeling, presentation; statistical, quantitative modeling and forecasting skills.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross geography with all levels of management within the client and have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Shifts:
- Flexible across North America and AU/NZ timezones.
