Service Delivery Manager - Global M2D Control - FMCG

Key responsibilities comprise :

M2D process understanding - (e.g. material master and costing data, production and inventory movements, physical verification of inventory, obsolete and unsalable inventory, distribution and logistics, fixed assets management )

- RTR, PTP and OTC process understanding

- Working knowledge in SAP environment

- Finance Business partnering with respect to forecasting, accounting and analysis

- Analytical skills - Ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written commentaries

- Organisation Effectiveness - Inter personal skills to engage and effectively work with a wide variety of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

- Project Management - Planning and coordination abilities

- Leadership - Lead immediate and extended teams (3P service provider) and capable of setting and executing agenda independently

- Communication skills - Fluent in written and spoken English

- Change Management

Relavant Experience :

- Masters degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - CA/CPA/MBA Finance or similar qualification

- Strong operational experience in a supply chain, factory or a sourcing unit finance role

- 5+ years working experience from the manufacturing sector - eg) consumer goods/durables/pharma/automobiles

- Exposure to working on SAP all four process modules PTP, RTR, MTD and OTC - hands on working experience is preferred
