Service Delivery Manager - Finance & Accounting

Location: Hyderabad

JOB Description:

Grad / Post Graduate/CA/ICWA with 8 - 15 Years of total experience necessarily in Finance & Accounts with 5+years of managerial experience in Service delivery and a good understanding of IT/ITES - Business Solutions.

- Strong understanding of various verticals (R2R/P2P/O2C/Tax/US GAAP) within Finance & Accounting

- Minimum 7+ years of experience of US Finance industry

- Team & Stakeholder Management

- Project Management Skills - ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure. Ability to prioritize work activity to maximize performance against agreed target.

- Energetic professional with strong valuation skills.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels.

- A good team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to manage smaller & larger teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
