Responsibilities:  - Achieve regional service revenue targets   - Service business development - coverage of untapped installed base, Value added services, consumables etc.   - Work with tech support team for execution of training plan Lead a team of engineers, and review service delivery and revenue metrics frequently using SAP Scheduling of engineers on day to day basis in close coordination with call center.   - Be a mentor to the direct reports and work towards building second in line Monitor customer calls, escalations  and other support topics regularly Implementation of service processes in region   - Build relationships at various levels with key accounts   - Work with sales team for deeper penetration of existing key accounts and development of new ones  Experience/ Key Skills:  - 5 to 10 years of sales/ service experience-out of which at least two years should be in managing teams preferably from an engineering or an analytical instrument company.  - Should be conversant with MS office and other PC tools.   - Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
