About the Position: As Delivery Leader, you will provide visionary account leadership, ensuring that the account team is operating in unison and focused on service excellence. You will manage one or more of our large RPO clients, within one or more sectors. As client requirements shift in response to external market factors, you will create new solutions to consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.

As Delivery Leader, you should be passionate about creating an extraordinary experience that aligns to the client and Taggd Values for all stakeholders of our recruitment services. You will provide the client with insight into latest trends and ensure they acquire the best talent to grow their business.

Role: Service Delivery Leader - RPO

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Domain Expertise- Steel Manufacturing

Hierarchy Structure: This is a people manager role and position will report to an AVP - RPO or Chief Customer Success

Working Days - 6 Days, work from office (Monday-Saturday)

Job Role:

- A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within an RPO environment

- Commercial acumen relating to budget management, account mining and expansion and resource planning

- Work with the RPO Solutions leadership team, Sales and Sales Operations, and other Taggd Markets leaders, to develop client proposals that effectively communicate relevant RPO capabilities and value propositions.

- Understand RPO Solution offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential internal and external customers.

- Ability to write and present client-oriented communications e.g. business cases

- Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time and under pressure/tight deadlines

- Willingness to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and to develop strong client relationships

- Responsible for production of external and internal collateral materials, pitch-decks, and targeted solution narratives germane to client problem statements.

- Develop an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings.

- Have a flair for meaningful story telling through presentations and acting as a data coach

- Develop, maintain and track self-generated quarterly business development pursuit targets illustrating actions, success and opportunities.

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - highly collaborative

- Critical-thinker, problem-solver who focuses on continuous improvement

- Ability to stay calm under pressure, flexible & adaptable

Job Requirements:

Essential Requirements

- MBA in HR with high level of 12 years of experience a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager Role, ideally within the RPO environment

- Understanding and interpreting client business objectives and proactively communicating recruitment trends, results and insight to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk

- Reviewing the delivery model to consistently drive continuous improvement and innovation

- Driving governance against agreed schedule and ensuring that all KPI reporting is both accurate and aligned to client expectations. Developing initiatives for enhancing solutions including e.g. sourcing, selection methodologies, and market intelligence

- Overseeing management of service delivery against contractual terms and managing out of scope service requests including proposal management

- Identifying and advising on commercial risks for Taggd and client and managing these risks accordingly Desirable Requirements

- Excellent leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management.

- Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the company and build a network of relationships both internally and externally.

- Drive the Talent Acquisition performance through the development and execution of plans to support recruiting objectives, targets, and process improvements.

- Create and implement a staffing business strategy and delivery plan that emphasizes high quality hiring for our clients, process efficiency, and strong customer management and candidate satisfaction.

- Needs to be flexible based on changing client needs and workload allocation
