Service Delivery Leader - Projects - Controllership

Job Description:

- The Service Delivery Leader Projects will be an integral part of the TRSCo Controllership Team and will be primarily responsible for driving pan TRSCo Controllership projects. The incumbent will be involved in strategic & cross-functional projects, as well as drive long-term results for the business and will involve interactions with several senior leaders across Controllership. The position requires flexibility and ability to effectively function in a dynamic environment, with the ability to address ad-hoc requests that arise due to developing business needs while managing compelling priorities and deliverables within tight deadlines.

- The candidate should be results-driven, flexible and adaptable to change as well as demonstrate ability to operate in a complex and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include - but are not limited to:

- Lead, implement and measure a broad range of strategic initiatives / projects across the TRSCo Controllership team

- Transform ideas, synthesize strategic information and concepts into clear and concise presentations

- Provide general support to the Directors in the TRSCo Controllership Team in project coordination and follow-ups

- Interact effectively with the global leadership team, including developing strong relationships across customer base and support groups to manage requests from senior management and ensure key deliverables are met.

The individual should be highly energetic, organized and a self-starter with a strong capacity to multi-task across multiple disciplines, priorities and deadlines. Specifically, the incumbent must have:

- Strong problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to independently and proactively take initiative without requiring detailed instructions

- High quality analytical, written and oral communication skills

- Strong and strategic thought leadership to identify team needs and solve them in an efficient and innovative ways

- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across a cross-functional team and influence senior leaders

- Strong proficiency with preparing clear and concise presentations

Education Requirements:

- CA / CPA - preferred, Bachelors Degree is Finance/Accounting.

Minimum 7+ years in Finance/Accounting/Projects Role
