Required Qualification:

- Graduate with at least 9 -12 years of post qualification experience in procurement operations is a must

- Law graduate with experience in contract negotiations from reputed Legal Process Outsourcing firms will be preferred

- Prior contracting experience a must

- Should have a good understanding of the E2E Procure to Pay Process stages including Analyze, Source, Negotiate & Contract, and Procure & Pay to be able to provide leadership insight in resolving complex situations

- Comprehensive knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, quality, business/contract law, licensing, leasing, finance and accounting typically obtained through a relevant Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Prior Experience of Handling Procurement

- Proven project management skills, including experience in successfully managing and executing multiple initiatives with proven value-add. Ability to identify and assess options and make recommendations to move projects forward

- Experience in leading negotiations, including understanding tradeoffs between strategic and financial drivers and contractual protections

- Requires proven success and experience in procurement specifically in the field of Outsourcing contracts

- Prior experience of working on procurement ERP platform like Ariba, Oracle, SAP etc. will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of operational metrics, dashboard reporting, driving SLA driven deadlines and operations is a pre-requisite

- Excellent executive presence with strong communication skills including presentation, verbal and written communication, fluency in English a must

- Customer management/ customer interface with experience and ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify their specific requirements

- Frequent contacts with internal/external customers and other company representatives at all levels of management

- Maintain and promote the Blue Box Values by ensuring that work is completed to the highest professional, legal, and regulatory standards, and that the activities subject to review/procurement comply with the Company's stated business ethics

- Ability to Work cross functionally within / across business units and managing suppliers in a global environment is preferred

- The individual is required to manage the process of assuring the escalation of critical issues to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution.

- Proven People leadership skills to manage senior level staff and the ability to assess, develop, retain and nurture talent.

- Should be flexible to work in the shift environment

- Flexible to travel to Supplier location in Noida

- Customer orientation /ability to empathize with the customer

- Affinity for numbers and analytical skills is a must

- Demonstrated high performance in the previous organization

- Demonstrated ability towards troubleshooting and query resolution. Must be detail oriented with good problem solving skills

- Exposure to quality tools like six sigma, quality tools etc is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- End to end contract management including contract drafting, redlining, negotiations of legal terms and conditions

- Procurement activities supporting customers of all major business units across a broad geographic area, on a national and worldwide basis

- Implements the organization’s strategic and tactical plans while driving action across functions, business units and the Blue Box

- Acts as a key contracting resource to the procurement organization, business partners, and senior management across multiple functions, divisions and geographic locations

- Leads by example to motivate cross-functional team members to achieve team objectives in supplier/market analysis, utilizing unique procurement practices/tools to capitalize on business opportunities

- Develop strategic relationship with internal customers and suppliers to develop category management solutions appropriate for their current and future needs

- Provide consulting support to working teams in business on supplier selection, negotiation strategies, and troubleshooting

- Develop strong understanding of FIRM’S policies and procedures, as well as compliance and risk regulations, to appropriately mitigate risk/exposure

- Strong work ethic with an intense will-to-win and ability to work in fluid, fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility to meet changing customer and business needs

- Able and has the gravitas to interact at all levels of management to support resolution of complex business issues. Contacts are frequently difficult, requiring a balance of assertiveness, tact and diplomacy

- Receives direction from organizational management on broad objectives and implementation plans and is highly capable of translating these into finite project management plans with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and completion targets for their team

- This individual must be fully competent to act as a resource and provide guidance, insight & direction to multiple managers in arriving at decisions involving highly complex, very difficult, non-routine, ambiguous, or higher-risk activities. With support from the team (managers, analysts, etc.) the individual is required to formulate options and recommendations in difficult activities and to manage the process of assuring the escalation of critical issues to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution

- Deliver effective presentations and written communications to internal/external audiences

- Identifies opportunities to add value to the business through interaction with the Category Managers within the Global Supply Management organization

- Builds sustainable relationships within Global Supply Management’s internal and external customer base through interactions and reputation as source of expertise for Procurement activities

- Protects the brand by ensuring controls, compliance and information security and data protection

- Provide issue resolution/ business consultancy to customers

- Manage the process of assuring the escalation of critical issues to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution

- Responsible for working with, evaluating and recommending agreed upon customer requirements, service level expectations and strategic goals and initiatives to meet and /or exceed customer satisfaction

- Provide guidance to others w.r.t. to process, control activities and ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for internal customers

- Support FIRM’S change management initiatives and act as the first point of contact for implementing process/ policy/ technology platform changes within FIRM’S procurement operations
